Personalized Counseling and Tools, Covered by Health Insurance

Hi, I’m Peter Meilahn. Licensed Professional Counselor, and I offer counseling that’s calm, personalized, and focused on helping you feel better—step by step. I also teach clients how to use free tools they can keep on their own after seeing me.

We’ll use proven tools to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and build focus. You’ll also learn how to use simple techniques at home for long-term support, even if we only meet once or a few time. We go over them in the first call and how you can use them.

What You Get:
  • One-on-one counseling using CBT and mindfulness

  • Free tools you keep—even after we stop meeting

  • Sound therapy proven to lower anxiety by 86% and improve memory by up to 29%

  • Low-cost heart monitor training to help with attention and relaxation

  • Amen Clinics brain health assessments to personalize your care

You don’t need any special background. I walk you through it all with care.

I’ve trained staff at Mayo Clinic, Hazelden, NASA, and the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Now I work with people just like you—one step at a time.
